Jeśli jednoczesne stosowanie jest konieczne, pacjentów wymaga starannego monitorowania toksyczności, szczególnie mielosupression, nefrotoksyczność i gastrointestinal toksyczność. W przypadku braku danych dotyczących stosowania NLPZ z długim okresem półtrwania, utrzymanie dawki NLPZ w terminie nie krótszym niż 5 dni do 2-ch dni po zalecił administracji pemetrexed jest.
